I think I was 20 when I learned that hummingbirds live in Oregon- they just seem so awesomely exotic, and couldn't fathom why such a cool creature would be chilling in Oregon. Also, nice photo!
I believe this is a female Rufous Hummingbird. It has many characteristics of female Anna's and Allen's, so I may be misidentifying this one.
