Definitely an amphipod of some sort, though I am not sure of the species. We used to call them "hoppy bugs" when I was a kid.
It could definitely hop!

Found on the beach at Bandon. Not sure what it is, but it kind of looks like a little Lobster. Anyone know what it is?
